Dr. Mahsa Karavan is a board-certified dermatologist and the founder of EverOak Dermatology and Aesthetics Center. With more than a decade of training and experience, she provides comprehensive, patient-centered care — from diagnosing complex skin conditions to offering the latest cosmetic treatments.
She specializes in skin cancer prevention and early detection, hair loss management, and treating conditions such as acne, rosacea, psoriasis, and eczema. Known for her natural approach to aesthetics, Dr. Karavan combines advanced injectables, lasers, and regenerative therapies to deliver elegant, never-overdone results.
A published researcher and 2025 Texas Rising Star Super Doctor Award recipient, Dr. Karavan is recognized for both her clinical expertise and her warm, approachable style. Fluent in English and Farsi, she values cultural diversity and strives to create a welcoming environment where every patient feels heard and cared for.

Bianca is a highly experienced medical esthetician with nearly 18 years of experience in clinical and medical aesthetics. Originally from Romania, she has practiced in leading dermatology and aesthetic settings in San Francisco, Miami, Mexico City, and now Frisco, Texas. She is also a certified laser technician with advanced expertise in laser-based treatments.
Throughout her career, Bianca has worked in state-of-the-art medical spas and dermatology practices alongside some of the most respected dermatologists and plastic surgeons in the United States. This extensive clinical exposure has provided her with a comprehensive understanding of skin physiology, skin types, and complex dermatologic conditions, allowing her to deliver evidence-based, results-driven care.
Bianca has a strong clinical interest in treating acne and aging skin, as well as more challenging skin concerns such as acne scarring, melasma, and skin laxity. She emphasizes individualized treatment plans focused on long-term skin health and optimal outcomes.
Equally important to her clinical expertise is the relationship she builds with her patients. Bianca is known for creating a comfortable, trusting environment and for ensuring that patients feel confident they are in expert hands throughout their care. She practices with the highest standards of integrity, ethics, and compassion, particularly for patients managing chronic or complex skin conditions.
Bianca is trilingual and fluent in English, Spanish, and Romanian.
